Please take these policies into consideration before booking an appointment with us.
Please arrive for your appointment in a timely manner as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled. Call the salon at (845) 918-1880 if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late so we can advise you on whether you can still attend your appointment or not. Lateness may result in your services being limited to what time allows. Late arrivals resulting in rescheduling may incur a same day cancellation fee.
We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us with no less than 24 hours' notice of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify us in time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of your booked service.
No show appointments will result in a 100% charge of your booked service. A 50% deposit will be required before re-booking is allowed.
Why do we charge this fee and why is it so high? Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Clients on our waiting list either miss out on a service or we have to work extra time to fit them in when they could have easily taken your appointment. We could lose out on taking on a new client. We have to work additional hours to reschedule your appointment. So when you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice it takes us 4 times as long to provide the same services and thus make the same money.
As a courtesy, we text or email you an appointment reminder 2 days in advance.
In order to reserve your appointment time for specialty services, a deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated cost of the service is required. Deposits will be paid to Revel Salon and will be applied to the total cost of your service. A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to change, reschedule or cancel any appointment requiring a booking deposit. If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, your deposit will be forfeit. If proper cancellation notice is given your deposit will be applied to the service on the new date.
To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we ask that you please limit any guests that might accompany you to your salon service. We realize that childcare is especially difficult. Please discuss alternate times with your stylist as special accommodations may be made for you.
Our salon pricing may vary due to the length and density of your hair as well as the time and technical difficulty required to achieve your desired result. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know no later than 48 hours after the initial service was performed. We will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are feeling sick or suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. Masks are no longer required but may be worn if desired.
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is obviously ill, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with any of our clients or staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.
