All stations have been moved to meet required social distancing standards of at least 6 feet. Any sections that cannot be physically distanced will be occupied to allow for proper distancing. Sneeze guards are in place at the reception desk and nail stations. Floor markers will help identify proper distances.
Disposable chair covers will be used or each chair will be cleaned and disinfected after use. The entire salon and bathroom will be cleaned and disinfected each day.
70% alcohol hand sanitizers are available at every station and throughout the salon.
A disinfection station has been added so stylists can easily clean and disinfect brushes, combs, clips and other tools.
We have installed an LG washer and dryer with TrueSteam technology which heats water to 100°C, making it hot enough to eliminate bacteria and allergens, dead skin cells and mold.
As required, all staff members will be wearing masks, gloves and a face shield or goggles during your service. Stylists will undergo Covid-19 testing every 2 weeks as long as manadated by NYS.
We will be limiting the total number of people in the salon as well as how many people you have direct contact with while in the salon. Your stylist will be the only person performing your services for you at this time.
Appointments will be scheduled to allow for proper disinfection between clients.
All services will be by appointments only. No walk-ins permitted at this time.
Online booking is currently not available. We are limiting our appointments to existing clients only. Once all cancelled appointments have been fulfilled we will be happy to service new clients.
We will be offering blow dry services with hair cuts and color services only.
If you have been in contact with anyone that has been sick or has recently tested positive for Covid-19 please reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you are sick, have a fever or are not feeling well in any way please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 your stylist has the right to refuse your service.
Arrive for your appointment in a timely manner. Text or call your stylist upon arrival and he/she will let you know when you can enter. Do not walk in without approval from your stylist. Waiting areas have been removed as recommended and we ask that you kindly wait in your car until your stylist is ready to seat you.
Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. This includes children. We realize that childcare is especially difficult during these times. If this is a problem for you please discuss alternate times with your stylist as accomodations may be made for you at no additional cost.
A face mask that completely covers your nose and chin must be worn at all times in the salon. As your mask may not be removed, the straps will most likely get water or hair color on them. A disposable mask is recommended for this reason.
Limit the amount of personal items you bring into the salon. If possible leave your cell phone in the car. We will provide a clear ziploc bag for your phone if this is not possible. Handbags, sweaters and jackets must be worn or held on your lap so please try to leave them behind. Laptops and other work related items will not be permitted at this time.
No food or drinks will be allowed on the salon floor. Finish your beverage before entering the salon as you will be asked to throw it out before entering. Our snack and beverage bar has been removed as required.
We encourage you to limit the use of our restroom to emergencies only.
Proper social distancing standards must be maintained at all times while in the salon. We missed you all very much but we ask that you please refrain from hugging your stylist.
To limit the amount of time you are in the salon please schedule your next appointment directly with your stylist. We will not be booking standing appointments at this time.
